Adapt yoga, breathing, and meditation techniques to the teen population

Interested in Getting Your 95-Hour Children's Yoga Certification Through Yoga Alliance?
Our training is part of both the Next Generation Yoga and the Children’s Yoga Teacher Training Collaborative 95-Hour Registered Children’s Yoga School (RCYS). Yoga Teachers registered through Yoga Alliance’s 200-hour RYT certification are eligible to obtain this 95-hour specialized certification and credential for teaching yoga to youth.
